While much of Lambreth is handicap accessible, there are some limiting factors. The mail shelters and bus stops are also handicap accessible. None of the even numbered apartments are accessible, because they all require stairs to reach the second floor. Other restrictions to accessibility in Lambreth including no handicap accessibility to the second floor apartments, extremely damaged pavement throughout that would be difficult to manage in a wheelchair, and no snow removal services by the University.
